For the purposes of this Privacy Policy:

No part of this website, publications, blog posts, social media posts on social media sites linked to me/Healing with Zac, video recordings, audio recordings, phone calls or consultations may be referenced, reproduced, stored in a retrieval system or transmitted in any form or by any means, mechanical, electronic, photo-copying, recording, televised, broadcasted or otherwise without the prior written permission of Zac Carpenter, Healing With Zac, the Publisher.

association and appointments with Zac Carpenter are subject to the approval of these Terms and Conditions. You must accept the terms and conditions herein to continue with your association or appointments.

If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, you may cancel your association or appointment immediately by emailing zac@healingwithzac.com

Continuation of any association with Zac Carpenter by any means or attendance of your appointment arranged with Zac Carpenter will be deemed as acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions tell you information about us and the legal terms and conditions (Terms) on which we sell any of our services (Services) listed on our website, other websites or printed material, to you.

These Terms will apply to any contract between us for the sale of Services to you (Contract). Please read these Terms carefully and make sure you understand them, before continuing with any Services from us.

These Terms, and any Contract between us, are only in the English language.

Your consumer right of cancellation

OUR SERVICES

You must be aged 18 years or over to attend a spiritual reading appointment with Zac Carpenter. Proof of age may be required.

You must be 16 years of age or over to attend a holistic treatment appointment unless accompanied by a responsible person aged 18 years or over.

You have a legal right to cancel a Contract during the period set out below. This means that during the relevant period if you change your mind or for any other reason you decide you do not to attend an appointment you can notify us of your decision to cancel the Contract and receive a refund should an advance payment have been made.

You may cancel a Contract from the date you receive your appointment confirmation, which is when the Contract between us is formed, up until 48 hours prior to the appointment time.

To cancel a Contract, please email us at zac@healingwithzac.com or telephone the direct phone number given by Zac Carpenter to tell us. You may wish to keep a copy of your cancellation notification for your own records. Your cancellation is effective from the date and time you sent us the email or if you call to notify us of your cancellation, then your cancellation is effective from the date and time you telephone us.

I will refund you on the credit card or debit card used by you to pay if applicable.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment time will be charged in full.

It is at my discretion to extend appointments if the client/customer is late for their appointment or session. Any client/customer that is more than 20 minutes late, without contacting Zac Carpenter, Healing With Zac, will have their appointment terminated or time slot reduced. The appointment will not be extended to fit your required appointment duration. The appointment will not be refunded.

There are parking restrictions at the business location between 10:00am - 11:00am (Mon-Sat). By confirming your appointment, you are agreeing to these terms. Any parking fines, warnings, tickets, clamps, etc. that are issued to your vehicle are not affiliated, connected or covered by Zac Carpenter, Healing With Zac. Any damage to your vehicle from on street parking is not affiliated, connected or covered by Zac Carpenter, Healing With Zac. If you miss your appointment due to parking issues, the appointment time will be charged in full.

We also have a gorgeous and beautiful dogs who will both be on site but not within the treatment room. His name is Luke (aka. LuLu) and will be available for cuddles if you wish to see him.

If you have any allergies that I need to be aware of then please feel free to get in contact with me before hand.

By confirming your appointment you have understood these terms.

The property does have disabled access however there is one step separating the healing hut from the garden and another doorframe step into the healing hut. Photos can be sent upon request for clarification.

We appreciate your interest in our products and want to ensure transparency in our business practices. Please note that some of the items available on our website are printed on demand. As a result, we cannot guarantee their availability at all times. Additionally, the quality of the products may be subject to changes in the printing process employed by our third-party printer. While we make every effort to maintain product quality, variations may occur. We are committed to ongoing research into the sustainability and manufacturing practices of our products. In the event of returns, we strive to support you through the process, acknowledging that as a third-party provider handles production and distribution, there may be areas lacking detailed information. We aim to address any issues in the supply chain promptly. Refunds are discretionary, and we uphold your statutory rights. Please be aware that refunds are generally accepted after 30 days, unless the products are recalled by manufacturers in our supply chain.

You must obtain professional or specialist advice before taking, or refraining from, any action on the basis of the general information provided.

Zac will not and cannot accept responsibility for any decisions made or actions taken by anyone based on consultations or communications with them, or based on the information contained within the website.

You declare you are in good mental health and any energetic cord work undertaken is based on your interpretation of this service. Please advise on any issues that help Zac establish whether her services would be beneficial to you, the client. Zac has the right to cancel the reading/ therapy at any time. For those who are suffering severe symptoms of depression, anxiety, trauma, or other ailments, please contact Professional Medical and/or Psychological Services in your area.

If you have purchased a business reading the information is purely speculative based on present events and should not be taken as legal advice. You are responsible for how you interpret the information given in the reading.

Limitation of our liability

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury arising from our negligence, our fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by English law.
